We were awarded this contract to provide a builders clean to Knights Templar School through one of our established construction company clients.

We met our clients at the site a month prior to completing the clean. This gave us enough time to safely prepare for the builders clean which had to be completed in one day, so that our client could be ready in time for the handover.

The clean effectively was a builders and sparkle clean in one, so our cleaners had to be very thorough to make sure the school was hygienically perfect for when the students arrive and to meet safety hygiene standards.

The clean involved a total of ten cleaners, of which seven were builders cleaning operatives, all fully qualified and trained specifically for builders and sparkle cleaning, two window cleaning technicians and one working supervisor who looked after the whole clean from start to finish.

The job was completed in one day, albeit it being a very long day! All cleaners performed the job perfectly, our client signed off the builders and sparkle clean and the handover was completed the next day.
