Following the successful completion of over 250 apartments at Edinburgh House, Harlow in 2020 for our client Land Charters Homes Limited, we are delighted to have been awarded the cleaning contracts for developments below:

Ingrave House, Brentwood

Land Charter Homes are converting the building to provide a stylish development of studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, work commenced in January 2020 with apartments ready for occupation from January 2021. The conversion spans across 5 floors and includes 16 penthouses, each highly finished with basement and surface parking. This central development with a range of unit types will appeal to all buyers whether they be first time buyers, downsizers, commuters or investors.

Warley HQ, Eagle Way, Warley

This landmark residential development scheme will offer a host of premium, life-enriching features and amenities that will make it not just a place to call home, but a complete way of living.

The lifestyle benefits will begin from the moment you walk through the doors and into the stunning lobby. The central hub of this unique concept, this exceptional communal space has been designed with every lifestyle in mind.

Warley HQ will see the former headquarters of the Ford Motor Company, itself located on the site of the old Warley regimental depot and barracks, converted into 330 luxury, one, two and three bedroom apartments which will be ready for occupation from Spring 2021. The conversion spans across 7 floors and includes luxury penthouses, each finished to a high specification.

Our Cleaning Specification

In each apartment within these new property developments SAS Services will provide the following cleaning services:

• Builders Clean
• Re-Clean
• Sparkle Clean

We will complete a total of over 1,254 separate post construction cleans across these two property redevelopment projects!

As part of our comprehensive schedule of cleaning services we will also complete the cleaning of the communal areas, internal and external windows, and the atriums within the developments. These cleaning services will involve:

• MEWP Access
• Rope Access ( Abseiling)
• Reach and Wash Pure Water System
