After our initial meeting takes place, the ball starts rolling straight away our end. Here is what happens after our initial meeting…

  • A cleaning schedule is created for the cleaners to follow, the schedule is created at the site visit with our estimator. If you have any special requests, please make sure to tell our staff at the site visit so that it can be included in the schedule. If not, don’t worry, because a comments book will be left at each site for the cleaners to check through every day and complete the task requested.

  • The cleaners are vetted. Their IDs and references are checked, followed by two interviews to ensure that they are reliable and hardworking people.

  • If materials have been requested, a bulk order will be made to be kept on site for use by the cleaners. If you don’t want the cleaning materials or products left on site, we can make other arrangements.

  • Finally, we set a date for the office cleaning to begin and hold regular quality control meetings so that we’re always maintaining a high standard of office cleaning.
